Easy Returns:

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Hygiene Notice:

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear or swimwear. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep things safe for everyone.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Received something wrong or damaged? Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo—we’ll make it right, quickly and hassle-free.
